He is dynamic as hell on the surface. Most entertaining Nadal for me.
I will leave the epic food pics to @MichaelNadal

Even last year the Fritz match was the bestI did miss his presence this year.
Kyrgios vs Stef was my favorite match last year. Pure drama and clownery.Even last year the Fritz match was the best
18 was highway robbery(no dig intended here) I still can’t believe he hasn’t won the damn thing since 2010.
Tennis needed Novak back. The Fedal thing got very old by that point. At least for me.18 was highway robbery

But Djokovic winning absolutely everything by beating the likes of Tsitsipas and Ruud is very fun I guess.Tennis needed Novak back. The Fedal thing got very old by that point. At least for me.
Imagine had it been 80's-90's grass, he would never have even made the second week. Djokovic with his unbelievable ROS would have won Wimbledon even on fast grass. Nadal? Doubtful.Nadal really underachieved at this slam.
Well it’s not 90s grass lol and neither was it when Fed won his titles. What we think they would have done bc of how pretty their game looks is subjective.Imagine had it been 80's-90's grass, he would never have even made the second week. Djokovic with his unbelievable ROS would have won Wimbledon even on fast grass. Nadal? Doubtful.

SavageEven when he loses?
More like redundantSavage
If someone had told me in 2011 that he'd never reach another final I would have called then crazy.(no dig intended here) I still can’t believe he hasn’t won the damn thing since 2010.

True.If someone had told me in 2011 that he'd never reach another final I would have called then crazy.
The furthest he came was in 2018-19 when he reached SF's in consecutive years. He was denied by Djokovic and Federer. If someone had told me in 2011 that he'd never reach another final I would have called then crazy.
Wayyyyyy.Nadal at WB? He has no connection at all with the Warner Bros.
The battering's laid on Murray thriceEven when he loses?
He is one of the better grass players. Honestly I like when he plays on grass as much as I like Nole playing on grass. I didn't watch 2022 Wimbledon but in 2019 he was playing on high level here.Other than his rough period from 2012-17 (although he played pretty well v. Muller), he has been fun to watch at Wimby.
Rafa did make 5 finals over 6 years, skipping 2009, and three straight semis (2018, a de facto final) the last 3 times he's played.
His record would possibly/probably be even stronger if WC didn't come right after a grueling clay season.
I keep hearing how popular nadal was but look at the reactions in the crowd when he lost. Even djokovic didnt get that much cherering his losses.Even when he loses?
Interesting as i dont like nadal on grass as for me his game style is the opposite of what should be played on grass, i.e early shots flat.He is one of the better grass players. Honestly I like when he plays on grass as much as I like Nole playing on grass. I didn't watch 2022 Wimbledon but in 2019 he was playing on high level here.
2011-2016 was indeed strong, but since 2017 grass competition became absolute joke. Especially 2021-2023.0 Wimbledons in strong era.
