I bought an used Pro's Pro Challenger machine almost a year ago how I can stringing mostly for friends and myself, but I think I will outgrowing this machine in the future. I hope during the first year I reaching a hundred of racquets, and this year will be better, maybe rising to 200-250.

I thinking for two way: a middle price electric machine, for example these:
- Premium Stringer 3600 electronic
- Premium Stringer 3800 electronic
- TennisMan StringMaster 3800 electronic
or the other way is Stringway, maybe MS200 con.

I readed thread - PS 3600 non electric compared Pro's Pro Challenger and I think this is not a big evolution, maybe these two 3800 will be fine.

Stringway is an interesting thing, pedal machine can be fast, and I have a friend who have MS 200 with concorde system, I stringed on this earlier. An another guy have MS 200 without concorde and this is a strange machine, have to tensioning two mains at the same time, which I said on it - why?
I readed articles on stringway website, like constant pulling, and this impresses me, how an electric or ratchet machine is tensioning, and after this reach the tension, it stops, but string needs time to stretching, and result string tension is less than wanted. Other thing is the racquet mounting system about they wroted: why, and why good, and why better than other, but only they are making this concept, for myself the classic mounting with two top/throat puller and four side holder is more pleasing for me. I prefering a machine where I can set pullers in wider range, and side holders works symmetrically with one knob.
Going back to stringway, they the single action system clamps, but I now think double action system will be faster like this reason how adjusting a clamp on the rail have really precise adjust how this dont get stuck, and I seen in a Richard Parnell video how moving clamps is the key about fast stringing, and sometimes when I pay attention, I can clamping really fast.

I don't have any problem with drop-weight machine, and the biggest problem with my pro's pro machine, how this is weared, used and this have some backlash. But I bought premium clamps which will be finer, I feel how action is better with this, but I thought this is wider with 5 teeth, this is not too wide, but one from original two don't worked well.

So, I can't what is the nice decision. Important: I wants machine between 800-1200 €, don't have possibility for more expensive. Thanks

just do your research on the machines you have in your area
a electronic machine is a good choice, for the next step
I went from a klipermate to a prince.5000; been lucky with both so far..
I would suggest visiting your local tennis shops in your area and seeing if they want to let go of their older machines
a older electronic machine is a good option for a home stringer
good luck in your hunt..

Hmm, interesting, but here do not have local tennis shop, home stringers and two gym offers stringing, one from this two is owned by former WTA doubles no.1 Timea Babos's family, they are bought a new machine instead of a really old Prince one which had only one clamp. So this is not a good option locally.
