Novaks draw really is something else

….and that’s NOT a good thing. I just think the wool is being pulled over our eyes here that Novaks draw can be so blatantly easy yet Federers side of the draw is completely stacked with outstanding grass court players who will only tire themselves out once they get to the final where Novak will pick them off.
i have been watching since 2002-2003 and I’ve NEVER seen a mannequin draw like Novak has , essentially players that just stand there who can’t run and can’t even hit a ball because they are too stiff.
I only hope that because Novaks draw is easy that he under performs in the final as he hadn’t been tested. As I stated on another post, Wimbledon officials have just gone out this year and chosen 6 innocent bystanders by the Wimbledon gift shop and offered them a chance to play tennis on centre court against Novak just like a kid getting a free trip to Alton towers.

I mean, he was going to win this tournament anyway, but yes, the powers-that-be at SW19 are bending over backwards to ensure his coronation is like taking candy from a baby.

Fortunately, he needs 21 slams to be GOAT, and the US Open will be nowhere near as obliging.

Look, no one thought Draper will took one set away from him, so why not another player can't be able to take two, to really challenge him ? Just watch the matches and see how the tournament goes, instead of complaining. And if because you are so sure Djokovic is winning anyway and so you can't enjoy watching the matches of this year Wimbledon's , then don't watch the tournament, otherwise just enjoy the good tennis the players are offering us

Here is a hypothetical draw I’ve come up with which would be more difficult for Novak to win to further showcase just how pathetically easy Novak has it.

Rd1 - Draper
Rd2- Jeremy Beadle and his withered hand which can’t even grip the racquet
Rd3 - Little cousin scampi
Rd4- Andrew Castle after 9 hours of commentary duties
QF- Lassie
SF - Phil Mitchell
F- Old Federer that’s exhausted

That actually made me laugh out loud :)

The USO thinks ahead and changed the surface to suit Novak last year. Novak, being a magnanimous overlord, decided not to take advantage in the first year and chose a commoner to whom he would bestow the famed “tennis ball to the throat” royal accolades. But this year he will take possession of all that is rightly his.

ATP/ITF/Djoko/Nadal playing tag since quite a long time. Next gen quietly doing their part while saying out loud they are "trying hard". ATP/ITF are riding high on all the money that is being generated. Some stuff are pretty obvious.

Should replace Lassie with Bruce Vilanch in the QFs

As we saw by today's linespersons, if Wimbledon could, indeed, rig the draw, they would have thrown the sink at ND. These British traditionalists hate the Serb much more than the TTP nobodies.

And now Djokovics hardest opposition in Tsitsipas has gone out , everyone may as well just bend over at this point, farcical

Tsitsipas with his ROS and his slice BH was never going to be a threat (on grass !) to Djokovic anyway. Tsitsipas being out does not mean Djokovic's draw is easier now. It would have been the case if they were or clay on slow HC but not grass

Rublev is struggling in the 1st set against delbonis who is an old clay specialist.
