I have friends of friends who have some connection to Beaverton. This is my first tennis PE. I have over 200 pairs of random Lebron, MLB trainers, and basketball PE's.

And does the rubber feel softer than the retails?

It is lower. That's what you get from samples sometimes. However, I don't think it's a manufacturer defect, there must be a reason for the height difference.

Yes, I have the White w/blk swoosh cw. I personally didn't feel any difference, except that Nadal pair didn't come w/any insoles(d/t- nadal's custom orthotics) So, I replaced them from the former pair. The fit was a bit wider than the store bought pair as well. SinnerP inquired whether the soles were softer on the Nadal version. Again, I didn't notice a difference. I'll play in them just like any other shoe.

haha, im not so sure about it, i wanna know what is like to have your shoes clean at least a few matches, haha
here in argentina, 90% of all courts are clay, i love to go once in a while and hit some forehands in a hard court
shoes break different also, normally i break them on the dragon area when i slide, but mi sole its ok
in hard court the sole is the first thing that suffers

Cool,thanks thats interesting to know. Basically shows how finely tuned the likes of Rafa are to such tiny differences in their shoes if you didn't notice any difference. The small preference things clearly add up when your that good, but to us mere mortals, it's all the same!
Still, they look sooooo cool!

it can be happened very easily.
I also have some quantities of shoes. I've never intended to buy so many shoes but I could find really nice deal which I can't pass. Like $20-30 vapors VI, $30-45 CB 1.3 or 2.3 etc.... especially when I use a nike warranty voucher, I could buy two discount shoes for one voucher. even if I need new shoes every 3 months, my shoes collection keeps growing.
