Pre/During/Post Match Meals?

I heard pasta is good a couple hours before a match, and that peanut butter and banana sandwiches are good during. I usually eat a banana or make a banana shake before practice. During a match, I drink Gatorade and water. If it's a tournament, I usually have energy bars and pretzels. I usually don't eat much after practice, which I know is bad.

What do you eat for your pre/during/post match or practice meals?

Def pasta if possible otherwise some light protein like chicken or fish before matches. During matches I take bananas, water and sometimes Gatorade. And also on occasions I'll bring coffee, too. After? Pretty much anything as long as I put in a good two hours of tennis.

Eat my normal food during day and stop 90-120 mins before. Eat tons of carbs moderate protein low fat mostly clean food. After I eat whatever I want to get the carbs protein and calories in not to concerned with the quality of the food micronutrient wise. I lift/play at night so about 80-85% of my calories are clean and eaten before and the remaining 15-20% is whatever and eaten after.
