I could use a little help deciding between pro hurricane tour or pro poly plasma.

Any other recommended spin friendly strings?

P.S. Like Luxilon, but it looses its tension too fast.

I've used both of these strings fairly extensively. Both are very different. SPPP is really soft for a poly (co-poly actually) and holds tension pretty well...whereas PHT is certainly crisper feeling (not harsh) but tends to loose tension quicker. I am currently playing a string that falls near the middle of these two, Weiss Cannon Silverstring. Give it a try too. It strings up fairly crisp and holds it's tension really well.

Of the 2 strings you mention I would suggest PHT. It seems to provide better overall playing characteristics IMO. I have also found that PHT holds tension better in my experience.
As far as my overall opinion you might try Cyber Blue which is a really nice string or the new one from topspin called concept pure.

^Yes and No, Poly's don't have the same characteristics as multi's so there really isn't much ability to prestretch them. My experience has been that if you do this they will lose the good playing characteristics that they have when fresh, however they will lose tension more slowly. I feel that basically prestretching poly's makes them unplayable even when freshly strung.

so, since im a player who doesnt restring often (once strings break), should i stay away from polys? cause with the setup im currently using, its been 15 days since i send it to string and lately im feeling elbow and wrist pain like ive never felt before.

I agree, I'd Choose PHT over SPPP.

Exactly what I thought. I like the firm stringbed feel that polys give me and after reading the praise the SPPP got here, gave it a try. It was too soft for me. Couldn't see what all the fuss was about. I've gone back to Pro Hurricane and similer polys.

On the other hand if you prefer the feel of synthetic but want the durability of a poly (at least as far as resisting notching) then you might like SPPP. Especially in the thinner gauges.

what method do you use to prestretch a poly? i've found that it's pretty much impossible to do just by tugging on the string.

I have used a couple of methods. You can wrap the ends around a racquet handle and the middle around a large pole or something similar with a towel between the pole and string and then gently lean back using your weight to pull on the string. Or you can use the prestretch setting on the machine if you have an electronic machine. Either way like you said prestretch is not exactly an accurate term as it doesn't stretch the same way a multi or gut will.
