Pro's Racket That's Least Like It's PJ Model

Some people on the Board have asked which pros are using commercially available off the shelf stock rackets. Here's the opposite question. What Pro's racket in actuality is least like the racket it's painted to look like?

Mauresmo, Murray, Djoko, Verdasco to name a few...

false, couldn't be any more false. All the close-up pictures of Tsonga's racquet show a PWS system at 3' and 9'oclock of his racquet (the two bulges of graphite also used on the k-six-one)

I think you're talking about his PREVIOUS KBlade PJ. For last few months he's been playing with the ACTUAL Kobra Tour...no PWS

Yeah, that's what I heard as well. All the photos I've seen look like the Kobra Tour. And the fact that SOMEONE THAT STRUNG IT AT THE U.S. OPEN says it is a Kobra Tour kind of swayed me. Question, though Lindsay - could you tell us about the mods to the racquet? Any lead? Extra weight in the handle? Thanks!

I can't remember much except that there was a small amount in the head, but I thought the frame was pretty light for a player his size. I wouldn't want to guess on non-visible customizations because I'd probably be wrong. It's definitely lighter than what he was using before.

That was on Tsonga's old KBlade Tour PJ. He really is using the Kobra Tour as many others have said. But a picture is worth a thousand words.

It might not be a huge difference because I don't know what's under the paint, but Hanescu has a pretty bad Liquidmetal Radical pj on a racquet that doesn't have the ridges that the Liquidmetals have. It looks more foolish than when guys were using old prestiges with flexpoint pjs, but obviously without the flexpoints; at least that was because the flexpoint was the newest model. The LMs aren't even made anymore. Why not just get a microgel pj?
I know this is just blatently off-topc, but Head has all the worst pjs. Anytime I see a racquet that's supposed to be a Radical with CAP grommets, I shake my head.

To actually answer the question, I vote for Djokovic's old "KBlade Tour", which I have been told was basically a Wilson mould of a Liquidmetal Radical Midplus. If this is true, it was 5sq inches bigger and a full ounce lighter than a real KBT.

yes, the racket head was bigger than the retail KBT.
As for the weight, that was probably not the case...
