Question about Nike warranty

I have Court Ballistics 1.3's and I'm wondering if anyone has sent in these shoes, or any Nike shoes with just wear on the heel? My outer heels are both worn out to the mid of the shoe, does this count for warranty or do I need to have the forefoot area worn through?

It should be anywhere however just to the midsole still isn't enough. It has to go all the way through to the upper per the warranty card that comes in the box.

Trust me I do, but these damn shoes are heavy up in the front for a reason. There is just too much rubber in the front. I've worn down the tread, now all I do is slide like Monfis.

i have the same shoes but in the FO pink colorway. i agree that the outsole is really thick and hard in the forefoot but what you've worn out in the heel is hardly anything.

i'm not asking whether it is a lot of wear or not. What I'm asking is if anyone has claimed warranty with that amount of wear. I probably wouldn't mind, but the upper seam of the shoe is coming apart in the forefoot.

I seriously doubt that amount of wear is enough for a warranty claim. Also, the uppers ARE NOT guaranteed. It would be one thing if the shoes started falling apart within a couple of weeks but that's not the case here.
