He is the best player and most accomplished as well, and also very handsome, smart, and articulate. Book me as unsurprised.

Fed's most dominant years (2004-2007), were still in the Myspace era before social networking really took off.

Facebook was still a college then high school thing, and then older folks started getting on it and then kids too.

Twitter wasn't AS big as it was during Fed's prime.

I think if Prime Fed were playing today in the 24/7 social media age, he would probably double Rafa's followers.

The kids growing up who've spent a lot of their growing up having a social media app or smart phone, are all seeing Rafa dominate today, but weren't alive when Rog was still in his prime.

I mean youtube was just getting started in 2005-2006.

He gained over 65,000 likes on fb just today. Amazing. https://www.facebook.com/Nadal?fref=nf

Together with his 6.2 million followers on twitter he's now over 20,000,000 on social media. Most popular tennis player ever.
Federer started winning again and now he has 112 thousand more followers than Nadal on fb. What a surprise! Recent success generates more likes! WOW

Is it going to be like half a million at the end of 2017?

if a milestone has no meaning . . . is it still a milestone?
if an accomplishment has no value . . . can it be a source of pride or envy?
if a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it . . .does it make a sound?

Piling slams in a weak era and a losing record to your two biggest rivals in slam finals and a losing record to them overall as well. roger being goat is an illusion. He isn't even goat of his own era but somehow is the best ever? lol

I see that you have only one argument to repeat it in every discussion. Try something new.

Lol people so insecure that a meaningless post about Nadal reaching a follower milestone has them rushing to defend their idol^
