Djokovic has done it twice: AO 20 and RG 21. And has three other five-set wins in slams: AO 12, WI 14, and WI 19.

Weird thing about Nadal is that those three wins are three of his only four five-set wins in slam finals. His only other one is AO 2009. Of course that's mostly because he has never needed five sets in a Roland Garros final. Elsewhere, four of his eight slam final wins went the distance.
