Man, that Nadal has some great low volleys and lob volleys, touch and angles.
If he actually played a S/V match like that, on a fast court, he might actually win at the net!
With all that touch and racketface control, you'd think he'd play net more often, forget the passing shots, and his winning net percentage would still be around 65%.
Maybe he's got the forgetfulness of an elephant, and chooses to linger on how to lose points rather than the feeling of actually WINNING a point.

Nope... even playing for fun you can see the skills show through. They still play with good form unlike their 3.0 ish counterparts.
As for their volleying skills... the can all volley at that level... but can they do so effectively against someone hitting heavy hard accurate passing shots. Probably not so much, which is why there are so few S&V players left.
