Revisiting Extreme MP 360+

Now that TW has these marked down to $150, I was just thinking that there isn't a lot of chatter about this frame.
Pure Aero gets lots of discussion, even the Vcore line. The Extreme Tour has even been the favorite of many.

Any thoughts regarding this stick? I did a search and really didn't find much.

Try modifying your search. There are threads.

Great frame. I own the 360 and + Extreme MP. Both do what they're designed to do, but with very nice feel. They are not overly stiff. The two are basically identical, except that the + feels slightly stiffer.

Essentially they are softer Pure Aeros with better feel but similar performance. Except that I find better control with the Extreme too.

I just started playing tennis again after 30 years.

I have two Pure Aero rackets. A 2017 French Open version and 2010 version that somebody gave me.

Was tempted to buy the Extreme 360 or 360+ for a third racket because they're supposedly very similar and on sale right now.

That way I have three rackets that play similar while I relearn how to hit the ball properly.

Would the Extreme MP be a good choice or would it be better to add a racket that's completely different?

Only been to 4 classes so far. I go to class once a week and then go hit balls on my own once a week.

Is the 360+ worth the extra 40 bucks over the older 360?

The 360 Extreme MP is going for $93 each right now vs. $139 for the 360+ Extreme MP model if buying multiples... no brainer to grab a couple of the older 360 versions especially if I prefer a softer stick in your opinion? Thanks!

In my opinion, yes! For that price, give it a try and let us know what you think.

I believe all the line needs revisiting. Pro is a hidden gem if you could found one with proper SW.

I picked up a couple of the 360 Extreme MPs, came out to under $200 shipped for both after tax at TW. They are replacing my couple of YouTek IG Radical MPs at 18x20... I need something easier and less demanding to use and more free power. I mainly hit with a semi-western grip so lots of spin hopefully. I thought the price and the reviews for the E360MP sounded right up in my alley.
