I'll start with one: when I get a phone call, I don't need to grab my phone at all. First, I look at my smartwatch and see who is calling: if it's a spam call I will ignore. If it's from important contacts then I just tap on my headphone twice to answer the call and talk with my headphone and then tap on my headphone twice to end the call.

Another handy tip: use Google phone and Google messages for your Phone and SMS app. They automatically block most spam calls and SMS.

I look at my phone when someone calls. If it is from important contacts I just swipe once and answer it. Then I use the headphone on the phone. Then to end the call I tap once.

Have a balanced diet. Too much fruit and veggies is not good for you. Balance it with carbohydrate, fat, protein, grains, nuts, seeds, fish, poultry, lean meat.

Have a glass of good red wine every now and then.

Don't drink tap water in third world countries.
