Did anyone see, in the Stepanek v. Youzhny match, Stepanek grabbed a ball girl during a point to change direction after he was next to the backstop and off the court? Is this legal?

He grabbed her left shoulder to keep from falling down. Nothing sexual, but not exactly polite either. He didn't even apologize or say thank you later.

^Exactly. Stepanek was trying to change direction, the court he was on is pretty small by pro standards. He put his left hand on her right hip as he tried to change directions. It was funny, nothing else.

Just one of the funny stuff from Radek.

He was trying to track down a lob or something, and ended up running into the back fence where the ballgirl was. I have no idea whether he apologized afterwards or not, because at the time, he was still in the point, pushed off the fence/ballkid, and was trying to recover back to the center. I don't know whether he said anything to the ballkid after the point was over one shot later.

I think this guy Stepanek displayed such unsportsmanlike conduct at the end of the match...smashing his rackets, the chair and leaving a mess on the court when he walked off...there should be some penalty or fine for this

yeah, if her shoulder is on her hip. . .It was nothing bad or impolite, I don't think. In fact, I thought it was pretty humorous.
It looked like he started with her shoulder to me. They replayed it in slow motion. Maybe it ended up on her hip. The bottom line is that he used her for leverage, nothing more. It was rude, though, not to say something apologetic to her later, or at least to have thanked her. He treated her like an object.

Exactly what he thinks of her.

Yeah I found it really weird that he didn't talk to her after that, even briefly. An apology would have been in order.

I hope he has to pay for the chair at least.

After he shook hands with Youzhny, he took his racquets and smashed them on the chair, and broke all of em. Leaving them on the court. Bad sportsman!
