I am considering Superfeet insoles. I have flat feet and want extra comfort. You sayin your website that the orange is used for extra comfort but its designned for medium to high arches. The ornage looks more cushioned than the others but dont know if its the right one for my flat feet.

1-Which color should I use?

2-Would I feel the comfort of the Superfeet insole in a shoe like the Gel Resolution which is already comfortable?

4-Do I take out the original insole of the tennis shoe and replace with the Superfeet or just put the Superfeet insole over the top of the original?

3-When does one know that the Superfeet insole is ready to be changed?

4-The black and the blue Supefeet insoles are described as proper for low to medium arches, is there a difference between them?

The orange does have the most cushioning of the Superfeet we carry. However, the arch support may feel high to you if you have flat feet.

As you're new to Superfeet, I would recommend starting with the blue, which should feel more comfortable for your flat feet and are versatile. The black are for low volume, slim fitting shoes and light use. I also have flat feet and use the blue. Be aware that these are not cushion-oriented insoles and are focused more on giving your feet proper support. It may take some getting used to the support, so I suggest wearing them for a few hours a day until your feet adjust. Once I was used to the support, I found that my shoes were more comfortable because I was well supported rather than having a super cushioned feel.

To use your Superfeet, you need to remove the stock insole. This shouldn't alter the cushioning of the shoe much, especially if you're wearing the Gel Resolution, because the cushion is in the midsole, not the insole.

Superfeet recommends replacing your insoles once a year.

If I am not experiencing foot problems, should I use Superfeet?

I don't have any real issues like plantar fasciitis, but I like them because of the support I get. Superfeet can also help prevent any foot issues from arising.
