it would be cool if tennis become part of winter Olympics also

why?
they don't even get paid for much for the summer Olympics. not including how low the points you get from winning. We already have Davis/fed cup matches around the same time anyway.

I thought that Winter Olympics was about sports practiced outdoors during winter, where the conditions are very different to their corresponding summer olymplics counterparts.
Indoors events can be held on either summer or winter, so they are not exclusive to justify having them in the winter olympics as well.

"Winter Olympics" is a bit of a misnomer. They should be called the "Snow and Ice Olympics," because that's the real criterion for inclusion. The sport must be played on snow or ice. There are plenty of winter sports -- i.e., sports traditionally played between the fall and the spring in the Northern Hemisphere -- that are part of the Summer Olympics. Basketball, for instance! But the difference is that they don't normally involve snow or ice.

There was some talk of moving some sports from the summer to the winter olympics for more balance and tennis was one of them mentioned.

True - a more accurate name might be "Winter Weather Olympics" or some such.

Nadal will still defeat Federer

More likely he'll complain that the Winter Olympics are never held on clay, and some folk here will call it a "glorified exo" but he'll still keep trying hard to win it while complaining it suits Federer. :D :D
