This age group is historically when ATP pros reach their absolute performance peak and win the most slams.

UTR #15 is Alex De Minaur. Everyone ranked ahead of him is either age 22 and younger (still pre peak prime), or past their 26th birthday (post peak prime).

Demon is a bit of a TTW whipping boy, but he is a very entertaining player to watch imo.

Obviously his court speed is amazing and he takes the ball incredibly early to compensate for pace differentials. He has also pumped up his backhand somewhat, too.

He was on an absolute tear in the lead up to US Open, making back to back m1000 finals. He was just unlucky enough to run into GOATsipas and Sinner, who both hammered him. Tsitsipas in particular is a nightmare matchup for De Minaur.

Players peak in their 20s but there's no great players in today's tennis. It's possible that the most gifted, best athletes doesn't choose tennis as a profession, rather they chose other sports(e.g. soccer) because of a more rewarding career. There are countless of great soccer players in Europe in their 20s, imagine of a portion of them grew up playing tennis rather than soccer and became a pro tennis player today. The ATP field would have a much greater depth and strength. With the pool having quality players, every match would be entertaining/exciting, even if it's the 1st round.

In America there are also so many great athletes. Unfortunately they chose to play other rewarding sports rather than tennis. Baseball, basketball, football, hockey, etc...all occupied with great athletes and there's no room for tennis. People asked why there's no great American tennis players today. According to the sporting.blog(https://thesporting.blog/blog/the-10-most-popular-sports-in-the-us), tennis is the #9 most popular sport in the USA.

Tennis is weak today and it's not because the lacks of great global athletes. We do have a lot but since tennis is the least attraction, there's no depth and strength and now we have CIE.
