Player of the year - ATP and WTA: Can't really call for either tour this year. WTA because I don't really watch women's tennis, and ATP because I think it's a threeway tie between Djokovic, Nadal, and Thiem.
Match of the year: RG final if considering just outright ridiculous performance by both Nadal and Djokovic (just in different ways), but the Nadal v Thiem matches were great too.
Tournament of the year: USO for the chaos and a virgin slam champ
Moment of the year: Thiem wins USO, Djokovic wins DQO
Comment of the year: "Nadal has no chance"
Breakout performance of the year: None, really
Biggest upset/shock: Djokovic's DQ Open campaign
Best rivalry on tour: Nadal v Thiem
Biggest False Dawn (biggest disappointment): Hopefully Zverev continues to put himself in there for this one

I am sure that Nadal was old in years like 2011, damn right.In 2015 he was still in his late 20s.

Even though Fed is weaker mentally, the difference between them is (much) smaller than many think, but yeah, you can keep on believing that Nadal is a mental giant compared to Federer.

Even though that is true, at least Federer pushed Djokovic to the limit in some of those matches like USO 2011 or Wimbledon 2019 (even Wimbledon 2014 if you like), while Nadal was busy losing RG 2015 in straight sets or losing the 2019 AO F even before the match actually began ( like his buddy Fed did in the 2008 RG F), or losing 7 times in a row to Djokovic multiple times.

Not to mention that Fed is 6 years older than Novak, while Nadal is in the same generation as the Serb.

how are we ignoring 2013 for Fed if we are counting 2015 for Ned? He couldn’t even make it to the QF of the USO, where he wouldn’t have won more than 4 games against his daddy Nadal.

When’s the last time post prime Fed was spanking post prime Djokovic at his pet slam? Inevitably CHOKES away the match at Wimbledon like Guillermo Coria, while Nadal defends his territory like pistol Pete at Wimbledon finals. And that was
