I agree that of the modern racquets the TF DC 315 LTD is among the most comfortable....I have 3 of them...... the Slazenger Pro Braided by Angell that I'm currently hittting with is also very nice.......

who or what is A cademy?...thanksRecent shoulder issues has caused me to look at low weight low RA rackets, slap a leather grip and overgrip and get them to 10.7/8 slightly head light.
Picked up a Wilson Burn Team 100 for 39.00 at A cademy the other day. Regripped it with leather, installed fullbed Wilson Nat Gut 16g at 58lbs and hit for 2.5 hrs yesterday. At just 10.7oz I marveled at how my joints felt after the hit. I have 4 other similar or lower flex rackets with various arm friendly set ups, but that Burn Team is now my go to racket for monkeying around. Although the 50RA Wilson NFury 100 with Origin at the same weight and balance as the Burn Team is pretty comfy too. I do have 16 comfy narrow beamed Princes but they all weigh at least 1-1.5 oz more than these light weights I am fiddling with right now. So many rackets so little time.

The current Black/white reissue by Angell (which I beleive is a K7 with a Slazenger paint job).... really a nice hitting racquet tho...... the original pro braided was much stiffer and had a smaller head (the Henman model)....the reissue by Angell (in collaboration with Slazenger has a 98 head and an unstrung RA of about 63 , which makes a very comfortable playing stick.

Great stick slightly lighter and more headlight than the Zeb. All the twin tube Head sticks were so good. Really flexible and the feel was second to none.

Have you ever tried the Ultra 100? I saw someone else suggesting tour, too, but isn't it too light - which mayhave low twist weight = wrist injury?

Volkl Dnx 8 was comfy for a stiff frame . Felt it was smooth with controlled pop loved the weight and balance stock was perfect for me

Agreed I too enjoy hitting with rackets in the low to mid 30’s RA .. if any of you like rossignol f200’s or max 200 g’s but want a frame that still looks rather modern in shape .. try the HEAD graphite pro or masters if you like mid plus size heads the moulds of the 80’s frames

Variances in RA are due to how old and they have been played / restrung ..
I mod all mine to make them flexed out as humanly possible without hurting them to break prematurely . Trouble spots on these are some have thin walls . Team pro and se editions are really thin walled . So be careful not to string to tight or the string channel will cave in.
As for the 102 mid plus brothers of all these

I was shocked when I started compiling the Ra s on these and even more shocked to know that the masters series are even more flexible..
As for me when I start getting to be to old to use the 89.5 midsize .
I’ll just move up to the masters series of these frames . Man
Head was far and away the best for giving us simple frames with low RA . And they got it down to that all the grommets are interchangeable as well!
Except the 102 series ?? Anyone know if you can still find replacement grommets for the graphite masters series ?
I’m pretty sure the pallets are different from the pro series to the master series ?

Ultra 100 is nothing like the Ultra Tour. The Ultra Tour with some lead is very comfy. The regular Ultras are stiff power sticks more akin to Pure Drives.

I haven’t tried the Ultra 100 but tried the Burn 100. I don’t like those powerful tweeners because they lack the accuracy I need in my rackets. The Ultra Tour is seriously stable and comfortable. It does need some weight at 12 and counter balancing weight in the handle, but it really is a great feeling frame, even with full poly.

I agree that Max 200G is very comfortable. Mine still has the natural gut unraveling in one spot, loosing tension. Still plays and hit bombs.
Still hit with wooden racquets from time to time, though the leather grip can harden over time/use. I can still feel a good jar when framing a shot.
Currently my recently acquired Prince Tour 95 feels very soft.

Hmmm-I bought Ultra 100 and had to stick with it for now, because my older one is too light weight and it gave me wrist injury. Also, ultra 100 is the cheapest racket that I could find. I may think about getting an Ultra tour for the later however, where exactly did you put the weights at on the racket?

Hmmm. Maybe it was the string. I think the Ultra Tour is the best feeling racket in the market. It even feels great strung with full poly - 4G to be exact. I like the feel even more than the 93P, though I play better wth Prince.
Then, Prince phantom 100, or ultra tour? (For an offensive player who can generate his own power as well)

What is your playing style? Do you like to trade bombs from the baseline, or are more of an all-court player who likes to set up the points? There are softer, real nice feeling frames for all-court play (*such as the UT, Tfight 315 ltd), but if you are a baseliner, maybe the best feeling frame might be the Prince Phantom series. There is nothing wrong with the Ultra 100, especially formthe baseline play. Maybe it’s just a tad bit too stiff and too powerful, but you can also soften up the feel with softer strings or hybrid stringing.

Again, I lean towards the Ultra Tour because I was able to successfully mod my racket following the instruction from a member here, whom I believe was @Crocodile. There are three version in the Prince Phantom 100 series, which are 100 - ported grommets, Pro 100 and Pro 100P. I prefer the ported 100 because of its uniqueness and soft feel. The other two are beautiful rackets, but I just find the ported version more special.
In comparing the two, if you like to mod, go with the Ultra Tour. If you don’t, I would go with the Phantom 100. Honestly, the feel thing is subjective. You will have to try them, but those are really nice feeling rackets.
I am mostly a baseliner, offensive, like generating own power, but I tend to hit varied shots as well, because during the matches there are very few baseliners. (So, I need control too) I put some weight at 9-3, which helped me with the feel a bit (softer now), but it would be much better if it was more flexible. What isTfight?
In advance, I am searching about alternative rackets, and since I cannot demo any, I need to rely on the reviews.
Yes, trying would be great but where I live we don't have demos :/ I even don't know if I could find all three versions of the phatom.
P.s. I have side ulnar wrist injury, so the racket must be stable, less vibrating etc.

In that case, the Ultra 100 might be too stiff. If you could find the Phantom 100 - the ported grommet version - that might be the softest feeling frame that is still stable against twisting and off center hits.
