TW, Every 3rd/4th can of Dunlop Grand Prix balls from case from TW is flat!

I bought a case of Dunlop Grand Prix balls from TW a few months ago, and although they are pretty much my favorite balls, I'm sorry to say that every 3rd or 4th can of balls I open seem to be de-pressurized! When I peel the metal cover off the top...no pop from the pressure being released....the seal's been broken, or the can's dented. Very disappointing. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem from either individual Dunlop Grand Prix cans, or cases of Dunlop Grand Prix purchased from TW or elsewhere. And if I can get some sort of refund or compensation....

I'm surprised to hear about this from Dunlop as I have found their quality control to be exceptional. The Grand Prix is also my favorite ball to play with partly because I like the weight and bounce and partly because I've never opened a bad can.
