What is that website that talks about best arm friendly racquets?

I don't have it saved anymore and thought it had great information. It ranked the racquets and showed racquets that have caused arm problems. It also talked about best traits for an arm friendly racquet.

I know...not much to go on. Does this ring a bell at all?

It use to come up a lot on links here but I can't remember the name. Any help, please?

racquetresearch.com. Look at his GENERAL results to demo racquets rather than the specific rankings. There's no guarantee that his 3rd-best racquet is better for your arm than his 5th,best, but his overall conclusions seem pretty valid, and generally echoed on the board. (Head-light and heavy good, Head-heavy, and light bad )- I don't remember if he explicitly addressed flexibility.

Thank you both. Good websites but not the one I was looking for..... :-(

The one I am trying to relocate broke racquets down by degree they cause arm problems; ranked the best arm friendly racquets; and listed the specs on the "ideal" arm friendly racquet characteristics.

Hmmmm. Thanks for your posts though as both websites mentioned were interesting and informative!!

Do a search. It has been posted here before. I had the link saved for the longest time but the site never updated so I deleted it. As I recall, the POG OS was tops

If it somehow pops in your head (not that you don't have more important things to think about) than please post it again!! Thanks so much!!

Racquetresearch.com has all that information. Look on the left tab under Racquet Rankings . It has a bunch of rankings under "elbow safety", "shoulder safety", "wrist safety" and efficiency"

What you probably remember is the section called "The complete idiot's guide to choosing a tennis racquet".

And yes, the POG OS was tops, and the site hasn't been updated since 2002.

If you ARE talking about another site and find it, do let me know. I'd be really interested.

RECOMMENDED RACQUETS:
Guts and Glory Tennis is proud to offer demos of some lesser known, but great playing and arm-healthy racquets for our local customers. We currently carry demos of 100% graphite racquets from Avery, which are excellent. Most recently we added the Kneissl Black Star, not only to our demo offerings, but as the only racquet that we carry and sell. There is a reason. We playtested it and the overall performance blew us away.
The Kneissl Black Star is an arm-healthy racquet with a rare blend of health and superior playability. It is composed of graphite and fiberglass and it rates high in regard to shock absorption and performance.

PowerAngle has historically offered a line of arm-healthy racquets that we have carried as demos and we were delighted to recommend these to our TE customers in the past. Currently Power Angle is planning to debut three new models later in 2008. We have every reason to believe these models will continue the tradition of arm-friendly racquets. When available we hope to offer demos of these racquets to our local customers.

There are many other racquets that we consider to be arm friendly, in fact too many to list. However, we have found most racquets in the ProKennex Kinetic series to be very effective. We do not carry these racquets, but the kinetic technology is very real and is definitely worth exploring.

The racquets listed here and promoted on this site are the ones we are most passionate about in terms of providing arm healthy performance. We are always delighted to assist our local customers by assessing the specifications of their personal racquets and making recommendations for strings or modifications to make it more arm friendly and healthier
