Early HC season '95. Just after the Australian and bought the Agassi shoes. LOL. God I loved those

The Tech Challenge II came out in 1989.

1995 - my #1 idol Andre Agassi won his 1st Aus Open and 3rd slam at the time :)

Loved the trifecta of Wimbledon semi matches played in 1999, 2000, 2001 between Agassi and my #2 idol Rafter, their respect for one another and contrast in styles made for great viewing.

86 - the year after Boris first won Wimbledon when they were showing highlights reels of the prior year. His age wasn't the key feature, it was the hammer of a serve and the diving about at the net.

I came away from that Wimbledon a Lendl fan instead, though.

Men: 2003 USO Final - Roddick
Women: 2001 RG Final - Capriati

This is as far back as I can remember starting to watch intensely. But of course I was lurking around when Fed won his first Wimbledon in 03... Or when Ivansevic won Wimbledon in 01. Heck I even remember watching some of Sampras' matches against Agassi before then.

First memory of Wimbledon 2002. I remember some Hewitt and Agassi matches.
Started following more in 2007 and by 2009 i watched every masters and slam.
Fondest memory AO 08 of course.

The earliest I remember well was 1972 WCT final between Laver and Rosewall.

I believe that there were individual matches on television I watched before that (at Wimbledon or the USO), but I do not remember any action, just the names (e.g. Newcombe vs. Smith, Laver vs. Roche).

You literally only know the Big 3 era. :X3: Are you tired of them already or do you feel lucky to have seen it all?

Incredibly lucky actually :D
Ofcourse I would have loved to have seen more but I couldn’t have really, I was just about to turn 6 at RG 2005. Rafa has pretty been in my life for as long as I can remember anything.
I would have loved to see 95-04 if I could add any 10 year period for viewing

Around 2007, I don't remember much before then. The first match I can actually recall watching from start to finish is the USO 2007 final.

Mid to late 90s. Hard to pinpoint an exact time because back then I was a kid and no real access to tennis other than what was shown on TV channels I had access to such as the BBC and certain sky channels but I have vivid memories of watching Sampras winning Wimbledon in 98 vs Goran and remember all the hype Henman had around that time too.

I was born in 1972. My very earliest memories where watching some if the 82 Wimbledon final between Connors and Macenroe

I was also born in 1972. If we're thinking of the same match where McEnroe destroyed Conners that was 1984, which is the earliest match I remember watching.
