Which players do you think are the most exciting to watch?

When i switch on the Tele, i see Federer or Tipseravic playing, i'll forget everything and watch their matches. If i see David Ferrer and Ivo Karlovic playing, i'm most likely to watch something else. Henceforth, the question, the players that are most exciting to watch and the reason:

ATP Tour:
Federer(the grace), Nadal(sheer consistency, his passes), Gasquet(amazing backhand, hideous forehand), Blake(serve returns), Roddick(the serve, the forehand), Verdasco(massive forhand), Wawrinka and Kohlschrieber(great backhands), Tipseravic(sheer amount of winners), Gonzalez(the racket breaking), Robredo(consistency, backhand) , Tsonga(pure entertainment!), Nieminen(with all the faking and deception), Baghdatis(his antics), Safin(the temper and his way on the court), Seppi(groundstrokes), Soderling(he is truly the mad scientist!).

WTA Tour:
Henin(the backhand), Mauresmo(again the backhand, the serve), Ivanovic(the forehand, the squeals!)

Anyone else who is just pure entertainment to watch?
I don't like watching Ferrer, though I respect him a lot, if you guys know the story, he left professional tennis in the year 1999 i think or one of those years closeby because he had a miserable season, became a construction worker in Spain, was back on the tennis courts a week later, now is a Multi-Millionaire!

Besides all the ones you mentioned, I like the game of Radek Stepanek, Feliciano Lopez, Frank Dancevic, David Nalbandian.

Also any doubles game i can find on tv these days.

It's good to see you on these boards.

I'd agree with choosing Dancevic. I'd also add Federer, Nadal, Mario Ancic, Andy Murray, Safin, and Tsonga.

In no particular order
1. Federer-for playing precise and efficient tennis something like beating an opponent in a surgical way

2. Rafa - for playing bruising unrelenting punishing tennis....

TheTruth

G.O.A.T.
Nadal-because he's so explosive and his incredible angles and sick gets. Also love his persona.

Haas-love the fluidity of his game. (Don't like how he doesn't stay mentally focused)

Grosjean-unpredictable, flashy gets.

Malisse-so smooth. He never looks rushed.

Safin-when he's on, he's a machine.

Djokovic-love his aggressiveness.

Davydenko-admire his precision (except when he plays Roger)

Clement-such a feisy competitor

F Lopez-such a stylish player

Matheiu-love his easy game

Verdasco-flashy, stylish player

Ferrero-love him. love his game.

Women:
Serena-power, grace, and athleticism

Lindsay-precision and persona

Harkleroad-doesn't win much but she tries so hard.

Sharapova-like the way she competes, but like to see her lose.

Safina-powerful accurate strokes when she's on. Fighting ability.

Henin-spunky fighter

Nadal always brings fight to court
Santoro completely unpredictable
Federer sheer technique but sometimes his matches are boring because he wins to easy
Kuerten is a player I always loved watching.
Ferrer also has a fighting spirit.
Haas and Gasquet have good 1 hbh and when they are on they can play some marvellous tennis, however they are not always on.
Calleri is one of the rather unknown players I also like.

I like to see Nadal lose. Not because I dislike him as a player, but because his baseline game is so ridiculously strong that when a player is beating him, it means that guy is playing his best tennis of his life. Case in point, when I saw Ferrer lose the first set to Nadal at the US Open last year, Ferrer looked like he had the best forehand in the game during many of the points and I knew that his incredible power and precision would let him blast Nadal off the court the next 3 sets.

Oh yea, add on Gasquet to mine, he's fun to watch. I love when he overpowers people with that backhand, it's beautiful.

i actually watch matches of federer for his genius and sheer fantasy of shot selection and djokovic for his tactical approach to the game. the rest cannot win my attention, except gasquet from time to time with his perfect backhand.

from the women: hantuchova, maria kirilenko, gisela dulko. nothing related to their game though.
