Will Djokovic ever win a slam without dropping a set?

Nadal, Federer and Borg did it several times, but Djokovic has not been even close to achieve at least 1 time. It is a factor that makes me doubt to even consider djokovoc becoming the goat. He never shown the dominance Nadal or Federer displayed in their top slams.. Nadal specially who has won RG 3 times without dropping a set and was several times close even outside RG (at the uso couplr of times he lost only 1 set and drooped very few games in average per match)

Could he have won a Slam without dropping a set? Easily. He could have won 2008 AO, 2011 AO, 2018 USO and even 2019 AO without losing a set if he played every match full throttle. But he doesn't and not losing a set in Slam is a pretty trivial thing to looking at when talking about the greatest player. I would say going 8-0 in the SF and Finals of your best major shows dominance more than this stat.

Dominance also when in half of those matches he looked physically falling apart?

Sampras never did it, and he was consider the GOAT by many at one point though.

It is a great thing for sure and props to Borg, Nadal and Federer, but it is not a surefire thing to have to be at the top.

LOL the desperation. You doubt the domination of a man who won 4 slams in a row plus 3 in a row two other times, and set the record of ATP points?

Hardcourt is his favourite surface and it is harder to dominate. Only once (AO 2007 Federer) a player won a hardcourt Slam without dropping a set.

Definitely no. Especially at his age there's going to be at least 1 match he feels his opponent out in the first set.
