I mean my Radical OS should weight 295g unstrung.
I have weighted 2 of them today...

One is 333g strung - stock with an overgrip and a little head light.
The other is 324g strung - stock with an overgrip and very head heavy.
Then I have a third one which probably is even balance and weighs different.

Mister Head? you make no sense at all.

dude always set aside money for racquet matching. Otherwise just buy 1 Raquet and put piano wire in it

This is what happens when racquets are made in China with extremely loose tolerances. That's not to say good QC can't be had in China, but Wilson isn't going to bother with it when people are still buying their garbage. Hence the reason I only use Yonex racquets now and don't see that changing anytime soon.

Yonex also is not the same as years ago! Many 300g (Ezone, Vcore) match the weight exactly but have a higher balance point and SW.

At least it sounds like you can add a bit of weight to the handle of the lighter one and get them pretty close to each other. Swing weights are the interesting one though.

Although that’s annoying, its well within the range that you could fix with a bit of weight customization.

Well, you're still right on Wilson.

I had five KPS88s. They ranged in weight from 12.5 ounces to 13.1 ounces. Spec was 12.8 ounces. So they were all withing spec because the allowance was spec +/- 0.3 ounces. The 12.5 and 13.1 were like completely different racquets.

In general, if you want a set of matched frames, you request the lightest that they have and then customize them up.

I bought a set of four new Head Prestige MP frames that were customized by Head (Austria I think) - it's one way to get consistency. The other way is to use an aftermarket customization service. I think that TW provides this service too. There are a few known customizers here like Geoff but you have to mail the frames back and forth.

Yes, the matching service would be the way to go.

Now if absolute consistency is a factor, I don't quite understand why anyone bothers purchasing Wilson, whose tolerances are notoriously loose, vs. Angell racquets, for instance, which can be ordered to accurate specs. Most popular Wilson's are >USD 200, and Angell's are about USD 200. Then, sure, there probably is some more to pay in custom duties + international freight, but at least one would get exactly what he ordered.

I've been using Yonex racquets since 2003 and that hasn't been my experience at all. The VCORE Pro HD I just got is 322g and balance point is right at 310mm.

Of course all of this is totally anecdotal. The only way to be sure would be to test a large batch of racquets and see how far apart the variances were on average. Sounds like a fun experiment for Tennis Warehouse to do sometime.

A long time ago I complained about my KPS88s to Wilson so they went back and measured a bunch of frames and asked me what I wanted for specs. I told them and they found something that made me happy. I suppose that you could ask TW what they have but I think that they would charge to do that as it's a bit of work weighing a bunch of frames. Ideally Wilson would just do it at the factory and put it on a sticker on the bag.

these bastards are also guilty that my 2 Babolat APD had different specs when I purchased them back in 2012!

OP: I think this is common knowledge.

The funny thing is. . . people keep buying Wilson frames. So their marketing dollars must be more effective winning customers than QC.

Realize that a large percentage of new racquet buyers are high schoolers just getting into the sport: they want flash, they want big pro endorsement, they don't know the value of good racquet specs.

I think I understand the problem. Head is getting their rackets manufactured by Wilson. No wonder Wilson is kicking Head's collective ass in the marketplace.
