Strong evidence to support your case. I agree.

Z needs to up his 'designer stubble' game. That is one thing that I haven't really been impressed with yet.
Same here! The boy is great and a bad result doesn't change the fact that he's one of the best players today.

Besides, I'm not ready to jump off the Sascha Zverev hype train yet, I already had edited this gif

Alexander Zverev announces he will start working with Fmr. No. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero beginning in D.C. (!)

The was posted today, here's a translation of what it says:

The German tennis player Alexander Zverev has made official today, the hiring of the former Spanish tennis player Juan Carlos Ferrero for his technical team in the North American season that will begin in two weeks in Washington, and where Zverev will start as one of the great favorites to reach the final. In a press release from the JC Ferrero Equalité, the Valencian tennis player says: "Alexander Zverev is a different player, he has champion wood (a way of saying he has material to be a champ). It's a challenge that fills me with enthusiasm and desire to do my best," said the ex Number one in the world.

I'm not very familiar with Ferrero's game, of the few matches I saw of him I only remember I thought he was very aggressive, so it may help Alex to develop his game towards that (at least I hope so). What do you guys think about this?

Ferrero is a former Slam champion and world #1 so, on paper, it looks like a very good choice. But, of course, the proof of the pudding will be in the results they achieve together!

Perfect choice. Knows *********. Former US Open finalist so knows how to take clay court game to hard courts. Ferrero very much known for his forehand which is still the weaker of the two sides for Zverev despite some big, big improvements this year.

And Sasha had 20 opportunities to end this point at the net. The fact he refuses (or can't) come forward will be the undoing of him. He needs to get a more aggressive mindset.
Agreed. Gasqet was basically bunting the ball back half of the time and Zverev seemed content to rally with him. He has the strokes to play aggressively but plays more like Murray from the baseline

Nonsense. Sascha is 20, you can't expect his game to be fully-formed. The net game is always the last part to come together. Give him 2-3 years.
So, Sascha or Alex? Perhaps you mean Sampras?

But I agree that soon the kid's up in the ...what do they call it..."big four".

Alex Zverev vs Kick Kirgios in Motreal 2017: 6-4, 6:3!!!

What has become of the official Alexander Zverev news channel?! I was led to believe that it had been trademarked/patented/registered with all concerned offices. Now we are left with this tawdry knock-off?
