Sam Adams Rebel IPA. Best gas station brew ever. Forgot the hops and the alcohol. And the bitter beer face! http://www.psychicflyingmonkey.com/images/bitterBeerFace.bmp
Best gas station brew maybe but was it any good?
meh, will only buy it for a buck/can
I had some Sam Adams IPA a few years ago and it was meh but I don't think it was Rebel.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm hear to announce my new GOAT IPA. It was discovered here in Colorado when the wife ordered one for me. Even she says it is her GOAT:
dude - posted earlier that Odell IPA topped my fave list...similar tastes in brews too...lol.
back from 2nd trip out west. downed quite a few brews (IPAs and such) due to social events and arm twisting. taste buds still favor Odells IPA tho Stone and Deschutes offerings come close.
I faintly remember that.
Must have toes of stone!I'm currently Dogfished out. My goto these days is Hercules DIPA.
An excellent beer.I had the 60 minute IPA a few times, but I had the pleasure of trying the 90 minute IPA at a wine bar recently. For some reason, I started getting the giggles at the start of my 2nd beer. It was at that point when I looked at the alcohol content of 9%! Delicious beer, but be careful...
The Kona beers, especially the seasonals are really good especially for the price considering not really a micro brew. Im always enjoying the Kona Koko and Pipeline Porter offerings.Im hanging loose now with a Kona Koko Brown. Its HI liquid aloha
Which one was it?Ladies and Gentlemen,

Yes. I've been to their brewery in Brno Czech Republic and had a meal there.Have you tried
?
Sweetwater has a nice flavor somewhat grapefruity. Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA also good and priced nice too. .
For sure, many great IPAs, I like the selection of imperial IPAs that are 8..10%. Community makes a great version here in Dallas.MIA Neon is the ultimate jam. Most bars here are tapped out of it in one night. Big unfiltered IPA movement going around the US, and I am enjoying it.

Really, AU does not have lots of micro brews like the USA ?Any Australians? We don't have much to choose from but little creatures came out with a hoppy red ale. Only seasonal. Good drop.
Most of the market share is with macro brews but it is growing fast craft brews - there are some gems but it has a long way to catch up to USA and Canada.Really, AU does not have lots of micro brews like the USA ?
"Micro" brews produce craft beers, ie smaller popup breweries making some unique beers that are usually much higher in ABV.Most of the market share is with macro brews but it is growing fast craft brews - there are some gems but it has a long way to catch up to USA and Canada.
Try Big Bad Baptista with a good carrot cake. For a real treat, I like the Epic Bourbon Barrel Big Bad Baptist. Nice kick with ABV approx 12%
