Machi ... not again! Her job is to possess enough reflexes to dodge balls in play. Was the ball in play when Djokovic hit it toward her? Why are you judging her based on something Djokovic shouldn't have done and was wrong in doing it?
1. First of all I am totally with US Open here and feel that the decision to Default Djokovic is TOTALLY CORRECT .
2. Ofcourse it is just my opinion , and it might be correct or incorrect too .
But my opinion is , Ball kids and LinesPerson need quick reflexes to dodge balls .
And my opinion is also based on their safety , I have watched the video 20 times and clearly can say that any person of age 20 - 30 would have dodged the ball. She didn't even move 1 centimeter .
Just notice how People in their 20s and 30s move on tennis courts , they have quick reflexes .
3. What if the ball hurt her eyes , what if it would have caused permanent damage to her eyes ? Young person can easily dodge ball .
Comeon , If you played cricket wid tennis ball You would know Umpire is mostly agile and have quick reflex action . They are examined on their fitness too .
Also talking about 100 kilometers per hour , You should definately know at what speed shoaid akhtar and and Brett Lee bowls .
If you play on any ground of India wid tennis balls , you always get hit by tennis balls at the speed of 50-100 kms per hour too depends on the speed of bowler .
Noone falls on ground by getting hit by tennis ball , Ofcourse it hurts a bit but people doesn't fall .
This lady is too old and she fell down unfortunately .
