If the top ATP players were a troop of baboons, which one would be the Alpha Male of the cohort?

In my opinion, it's got to be Sir Alpha Murray. The much-vaunted Scotsman exudes dominance.

The likes of Federer, Nadal, and Defaultovic just come across as uninspiring betas.

Of the big 4 yes, but there are others. Tsonga maybe. And of course some players from the past, like Safin.

Odd topic, but much better than "who's the goat" or "what if Nadal had 3 arms and Djokovic 3 legs".

I guess Djokovic isn't that alpha because an alpha wouldn't argue the default as much. He is still great though. I think he was naturally meant to be a sigma like his father, but the tour changed him.
