LOL, I remember when I was at Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Too many HOT babes and chicks everywhere and they are so liberal when it comes to hooking up. I hooked up with this Bank teller cuttie girl at Rotterdam and had a one night stand.
I was just getting some exchange money for dollars and she was so hot so just asked for her Phone number, just expecting to be rejected.
but to my surprise, she gave me her number and told me to call at exactly 9 pm that night. and we hooked up.:)

Give up on the Tennis Channel, the channel with lots of old reruns and matches few care about except parents and friends...

Some folks on this site tipped us off to another TV channel that's carrying the entire Qatar tournament. See if you can get access to it (it's free with a lot of different cable providers):

Me, not some folks. ;)

holy cow. YOU ARE THE BEST POSTER IN THIS ENTIRE WORLD. I HAVE THAT CHANNEL THRU HD ATT.NET

FERRER IS PPLAYING BRANDS. AND RAFA IS SAYING HE WILL MOST LIKELY LOSE SINCE THE COURT AT AUSTRALIAN OPEN IS SO FAST THIS YEAR, HE HAS NO CHANCE.

BUT ANYHOW, THANK YOU SO MUCH. LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN REPAY MY DEBT TO YOU. AND YOU ARE THE BEST POSTER EVER IN HISTORY OF TENNIS TALK FORUM

You're welcome. Enjoy Jan-Michael's in studio analysis between matches.

OK, so if Brands can play this good. then maybe that loss Federer had with that oversize racket wasn't such a Bad one ??
Roger stopped using that racket after his loss til he came to Brisbane.

Really? How does he know the court conditions of Australia when he's in Doha? I am not doubting you, just wondering.

Aren't they showing the Nadal doubles match? Why are they only showing the centre court matches? I can't find it on the streamhunter and sportlemon. Seems a little silly to me.

I am just telling you what I heard on that channel for Doha. Konig and the other guy was commenting on RAFA not happy with court speed in aussie open 2014.

It is like as though they are trying to favor Roger and Novak and dissing Rafa.

Anyone impressed with Monfils today? The guy is hitting some incredible bombs and he's getting to everything. Seriously he's so good when on.

Konig and 'the other guy' have their hopes (= Rafa to be unhappy)

This is Nike's hope:

That match between Berdych and Karlovic is the worst match of the tournament (so far).

Didn't see it but I'm guessing it was a boring servefest with Berdych making too many errors with his groundstrokes, especially in the important moments.

The 1st round Murray match was really poor as well, but not as bad as Berdych-Dr. Ivo.

Whatever, I'm sure Nadal would beat prime Hewitt (he actually got straight setted in the round before by him), Nalbandian (ends here), Ferrero and Safin in succession on a medium paced hard court.

LOL Prime Nadal would destroy Hewitt. Did you not see the 2005 AO match, where Hewitt was no doubt in better form than 2004 yet only struggled past teenage unseeded Rafa in 5 sets?

Gimme a break. And Nalbandian beating prime Rafa in a major? Don't see it happening, then Ferrero LOL and gassed Safin please.

But anyway, that's not the point of discussion here, the point is Federer in 2004 AO form would lose to Nadal in USO 2013 form. Simple as that.

Point is you think that 2013 US Open Nadal beats everyone in history so no point arguing here.:mrgreen:

Btw past-his-prime Hewitt played Nadal tough twice on clay (he's actually one of the few players to take a set off of him at the FO), once almost beat him in Hamburg in 2007 so based on this logic should we assume that prime Hewitt would give him a hard time?

Looking at the h2h Hewitt actually isn't an easy match-up for Nadal, he only leads 6-4 but Hewitt is 3-1 up on HC and won the sole grass meating.

I don't think you've ever seen Nalbandian in his prime, he was an outstanding player. If it wasn't the semis or finals of a big tournament he was a tough cookie and the dude also isn't an easy match-up for Nadal who got owned by him in the first 2 meetings and should've lost in another 2 when Nalby was past his prime (both times in IW).

Wasn't that the pre W of 2009? I recall it was part of the reason Nadal pulled out of the W at the last minute as a defending champion.

And you think Fed beats anyone in history.

Ok mate, Hewitt in his prime only managed to win 2 majors, WIM with one of the weakest draws ever and he's going to trouble prime Nadal at AO when Federer can't beat him there and Novak struggled like hell. Top logic.

Looking at the h2h Hewitt actually isn't an easy match-up for Nadal, he only leads 6-4 but Hewitt is 3-1 up on HC and won the sole grass meating.

Nadal retired their grass match at one set all and was only a kid in those HC meetings, should I bring up Federer's h2h with Rafter now?

I've seen tennis long before Nalbandian even started. Yes he was a tough cookie and a tough matchup for Nadal. Funny how this only counts now, but Nadal is quite a tough cookie also and a very bad match up for Federer, yet you conveniently dismiss this fact...

Neil Harman ‏@NeilHarmanTimes 11m Change of schedule in Doha. Nadal v. Gulbis NB 7.45 local (half an hour); Mayer v. Hanescu moved to No.1. Still slight rain falling.

They are on court.

Gulbis needs to win the first set, he has done in three of their six meetings this time he might do the job but he needs the first set the way he plays.

Mayer another choker?? Up 6-3 in the tiebreak with 2 serves and loses it. Against Victor Hanescu no less. He has pulled through in the 3rd though.
