This match is Nadal's to lose, and I don't see that happening. As soon as the Schwartzman match went 3 this match was effectively over. And as I type this Djoker is throwing up moonballs to try anything to change it up.

None of that is an excuse for Djoker's potential loss though. It's one of the main reason Nadal might still be favoured at RG. He's always been better than Djokovic against the field on clay. If Djokovic goes through a few wars of attrition at RG before he plays Nadal, Nadal is going to win RG again.

Very good point. Djokovic can get troubled at RG by the Thiem's and Schwartzman's - but unlikely for that to happen to Rafa. I cannot see anyone take more than a set from him.

Stef is a good player but he in no way is harder opponent than Delpo/Schwartzman on clay. I think too many people forget how good Diego can be since he’s been sucking for a while. But he’s very good on clay.
