The problem is that these things take place during working hours and in China, especially, they don't have a lot of holiday time. In the UK it's a bit more flexible because you can always take a sicky.Yeah, I say it's a disgrace. And it's not like they aren't doing anything to promote tennis there. Maybe tickets are too expensive? Or simply the Chinese don't give a s...t about tennis?
I don't know but either way I think it would make much more sense to take away this ATP 1000 from them and give it to some South American country like Argentina for example.
