2022 Wimbledon Final: You will have to decide, guys!

Either Nole will win Wimbledon again and equal Pete Sampras with his 7th title from the All England Club, or Kyrgios will become the Wimbledon champion and achieve the success that much better tennis players like Rosewall, Lendl or Roddick have striven for in vain.

What is the more acceptable option for you?

Kyrgios with Wimbledon title, while Roddick doesn't have one just sounds so wrong to me.

But if he beats Djokovic for the title, fair play to him, he is actually beating the defending champion for the title, and that too in a slam final. Djokovic at least gets to defend his title here.

I don't like fluke/bizarre winners at any of the slams so I'm firmly in camp Djokovic. Having said that, Kyrgios still has to beat the all-time best slower grass Wimbledon champion in the final, so you'd have to give him a lot of credit.

It will also be strange in the case of Nick's triumph, the fact that he has never been a member of the TOP 10. Even random Wimbledon winners like Cash, Krajicek or Stich spent some time in the TOP 10 before winning Wimbledon.

Not sure why it is such a dilemma personally....Novak is going to have SEVERAL chances to equal Pete over the coming years, and he is more than likely going to make it at some point, even if not on Sunday.

I don't mind Djokovic reaching seven because I know it's different grass. It's not like I am going to think oh he's a better grass courter than Sampras now, or even equal.
Kyrgios winning is OK. It's a new and random winner and it spices things up.
Either are fine.
