ok, finally got a score, and judging by the score line of the final set, i can see why it ended faster than i expected.

Yeah it was a bit of a disappointing ending, but still competitive match even if the stats weren't all that great.

Pretty much ALL of the challenger guys are capable of this on any given Sunday as they say. All you need is a top player whose off his game and a nobody in the zone, and you see just how very little separates at this level. After a while, you can only hit a ball so well. The biggest difference between the nobodies and somebodies is often times mental, consistency, etc. Maybe for a few games here and there they can be hot shots, but after they tend to just go away a lot more than top players do.
 
I thought he played very well considering his ranking and all. However this match was also about how Nadal looks right now, not very good, and question to whether he is healthy enough to have much shot at this U.S Open.
