Best Spin-Friendly & Forgiving Player's Racket?

I was hoping to find the best spin-friendly & forgiving player's racket. Any recommendations? These are a couple I was looking at:

Babolat Pure Storm Tour
Dunlop Aerogel 4D 300
Head Microgel Prestige Pro
Head MicroGEL Radical Pro
Prince EXO3 Graphite 100
Prince O3 Speedport Tour
Yonex RDS 002 Tour

The only racket i've hit with in the past 2 years was a Prince O3 Tour, and I added a lot of lead tape to it.
Thanks

If you want forgiving why are you looking for a "players" racquet? Spin friendly and forgiving is the tweeners boat. I think you should look past the label.

Out of your list I own the :

Babolat Pure Storm Tour
Head Microgel Prestige Pro
Prince O3 Speedport Tour
Yonex RDS 002 Tour

so I thought I should chime in. My sticks of choice are the PST and RDS002 Tour, but the most spin friendly and forgiving of the bunch would be the Speedport Tour with the port grommets. Next would be the RDS002 Tour for spin, followed by the PST, but the PST is a tad more forgiving.

The Prestige would be last in the spin and forgiving categories, but probably best for touch and feel. If you are use to playing with Prince, then I would say try the Speedport Tour or Ozone Pro tour as has been suggested.

Yeah, I'm good enough for a player's racket i just don't want a 90 sq. in. racket with dense string pattern.

Thanks counterpuncher any comparisons are great, because I'm only going to demo 4 rackets.

Don't worry too much about the players stick vs tweener label and being good enough to use one over the other. Just demo and see what suits your game, there are plenty of pros using so called tweeners.

I think the PST, RDS002 Tour, Speedport Tour and Ozone Pro Tour are great sticks to demo, given that you are coming from a leaded up O3 Tour. Each is different enough to give you a better idea of what you like. For a quick comparison I would say :

Power : PST > RDS002 Tour > Speedport Tour
Spin : Speedport Tour > RDS002 Tour > PST
Serves : PST > RDS002 Tour > Speedport Tour
Feel : RDS002 Tour > PST > Speedport Tour
Comfort : Speedport Tour > PST > RDS002 Tour
Stability : Speedport Tour > PST > RDS002 Tour

That a tough call. Need more personal info bout your game, age, etc.

Second, the 03T is totally unlike all the other frames n if you prefer the feel of Prince, it won't be easy to get the same muted almost dead feel from the other frames.

I'm surprised nobody has brought up the APDC yet, maybe because it's not considered "player's" enough? I would look past the labels man, as it's very forgiving, and is a monster in the topspin department, and as many pointed out, it has great control and is very stable at the net as well. It certainly added to my game considerably and deserved to be tried.

IMO i found that the APDC was kind of stiff and harsh on the arm, and it had a kind of "hollow" feeling which made it feel like a toy.

I agree, "spin-friendly & forgiving players racquet" is precisely what the APDC is.

Definitely a monster in the spin department and is forgiving. It may be a little too powerful and it's truly horrible for touch play around the net.

I moved from that to the Fischer M Comp 95 - it's a great all round frame, I suggest you demo it.

I am in the middle of a racquet switch from 03 Speedport Black, looking at arm friendly player's racquets. To date, my favorites have been the Prince 03 Tour and the Fischer M Pro number one. I prefer the Fischer's feel, but the string pattern is a little dense for monster spin. What a great stick though.

I immediately thought of the Head Extreme. The head is more rounded and seems to have been designed for more spin potential.

the obvious choice is the APD, or APDC. But one I had good spin with great feel was the dnx 9 strung at low tension.

i really do like the apd a lot more than the apdc. i donno...somethign about the cortex i guess just makes it feel hollow. course...i am a ps85 player. but i donno, when i play with apd, it's not nearly as bad. if i adjust my grips away from eastern (to full western, it's just for fun, why not? :) ), the apd feels reasonable. the apdc doesn't for whatever reason.

Try and find some 2nd hand Yonex RDX500 MP's. Ton's of spin, lots of controllable power and a massive sweetspot.

I'd go with what one of the other posters have said when it came to recommending the APDC. The APDC is arguably the most spin friendliest racquet I have used and it also has a lot of control and feel. If you want a racquet with a good amount of control, lots of spin, and nice feel then the APDC is a good choice.

If you don't care about ball-feel, checkout the O-port frames from Prince. They are spin monsters with huge sweetspots...

Best ones I've tried so far are the Fischer M Pro no. 1 and the Prince Graphite Classic.

I think the Prince has the edge in the spin department, but the buttery feel of the M Pro really takes the cake for me. The M Comp is a great frame as well, too bad my demo came strung with one of the crappier polys.

I felt KPS 88 and PS 85 were very forgiving. decent spin.

i would say Aeropro Drive Cortex. More Forgiving and spin friendly

I know its not on your list, but i've really fallen in love with the pure storm limited. I still have a great deal of spin on my shots and I haven't missed the sweet spot yet hitting 2 sessions of about 2 hours each.

The old Head Pyramid was a spinner racket so was the Yonex RD-7.
Today .. dont know.. maybe The Nadal Bat. MFil 300 seems spinny too.

LOL, which racquets did you think are not forgiving?

KBlade Tour 93. I just couldnt really find the grove with it and was hitting long all the time...

Sucks, i dont have 2 identical Pro Staffs, one is much heavier and has a much beefier gripsize. And the other is much lighter and has a rectangular modified handle. So when i broke my strings on my main racquet i played with the other one which i wasnt used to so i kinda sucked, but after a week of getting my main racquet restrung i seemed to have lost my groove and touch with the Pro Staff.... so now im on an Aeropro Control 98, amazing stick! :D
