Can Djokovic break another tie with Federer in Dubai?

Djokovic currently holds at least half a dozen titles at the following events...

AO, Miami, Rome, Wimbledon, Beijing, Paris, YEC = 7

Federer holds at least half a dozen titles at the following events...

AO, Dubai, Halle, Wimbledon, Cincinnati, Basel, YEC = 7

Djokovic's only options to do this are this week in Dubai, and even though it is unlikely he will play there in IW.

For completion, for Nadal it is at MC, Barcelona, Rome and RG

What do you mean by "half a dozen"? At least 6 titles at each event? Why so specific? Why not start with 5?...And yes it is very likely (i'd say 99.9%) that Novak wins in Dubai this year...

So Novak is the only one who has won tournaments at least 6 times in all the surfaces? What it tells us?

And not just ANY tournaments! They are all elite ones! (two of which are grand slams!) At least 6 titles at 3 different elite level tournaments on 3 different surfaces!...Not just some Dubai or Basel Opens...furthermore if you treat indoors as separate surface, like some of the local TTW members like to do, then YEC/Paris count towards that as well as a 4th surface...
...however it's worth mentioning, that Federer has won Hamburg 4 times before it moved to Madrid, but it's the same masters slot as it was when the location was - Hamburg! So technically Federer has won 6 clay masters events on the same masters slot (Hamburg/Madrid one)...

Personally I don't care much about records in 250 and 500. Dubaï is one of the most stable 500 in the calendar, but those tournaments change every year. Acapulco was on clay, now it's moved to hard courts. Hamburg was a 1000, now, it's a 500. Doha was a 500, now it's a 250. Beijing is Djokovic's favorite 500 (never lost a match there) but this hasn't been held since 2019. Halle, Queen's and Basel used to be 250, now they are 500 (how many of Federer's Basels/Halle were 500, how many were 250?). Last year Astana was a 500, for some reason. Vienna replaced Valencia as a 500. It's quite difficult to compare and judge these records...

If we only focus on "Majors" tournaments.
AO: Djokovic (9)
FO: Nadal (14)
Wim: Federer (8)
USO: Federer/Sampras/Connors (5)
WTF: Djokovic/Federer (6)

IW: Djokovic/Federer (5)
Miami: Djokovic/Agassi (6)
MC: Nadal (11)
*Madrid: Federer (6) ...
Rome: Nadal (10)
Canada: Nadal (5)
Cincinnati: Federer (7)
**Shanghaï: Djokovic/Murray (4)
Paris: Djokovic (6)

*Nadal has 4 Madrid but if we combine Hamburg and Madrid (M replaced H in 2009), Federer has 6 and Nadal 5
**Djokovic has 4 Shanghaï, Murray has 3 but he won Madrid on HC (S replaced M in 2009)

Total:
Djokovic 6
Federer 5
Nadal 4

Fixed that for you!...According to this stat Federer and Djokovic both hold or share records with others at 6 tournaments...and Novak won 10 AOs not 9...

Well, we can pick any number that we want. The higher the number the rarer the feat, it is brought up, because he shares it currently with Federer.

Lendl has the record in Canada with 6, not Nadal.

Fed's Hamburg/Madrid slot record is legit, no need for asterisks.

Federer was much better than Djokovic in their 4 meetings in UAE.

2007 QF Federer 6–3, 6–7(6), 6–3
2011 F Djokovic 6–3, 6–3
2014 SF Federer 3–6, 6–3, 6–2
2015 F Federer 6–3, 7–5

Apparently 6–3 used to be their favourite set score.

Lendl has the record in Canada with 6, not Nadal.

Canada wasn't elite tournament back when Lendl was winning it, even by 80's standards! It only became elite in 1990 with the introduction of masters series, after which it got upgraded into ATP1000!...I'm not sure how exactly rankings worked before 90's, but before 1990 Canada had the status equivalent to todays ATP500...as an elite tournament, nobody won it more than 5 times!...Treating all 6 of Lendl's titles there as masters victories would be equal to counting all the people's victories in Hamburg after it got downgraded to ATP500 as the ones, that contribute towards Masters category as well...

I wish Novak would ditch the kumbaya stuff and embrace his inner troll. This is definitely something I could see him do, and probably gain a lot of fans in the process.
Djokovic will have a plenty of time after his retirement to address such stuff.
One can say that's not a bad compensation for extreme fedarrogance expressed by some Fedfans between 2008 and 2018.
