Co-poly more arm friendly than Big Ace Micro?

Are there any BAM users who think there is a significantly more arm friendly co-poly than BAM?
I like BAM a lot and believe it is fairly arm friendly for a co-poly, but occasionally my 55 year old elbow twinges so I would change if there was something noticeably softer. I'm stringing at 52 in a YT Prestige Midplus (98).

Also for BAM users, do you believe the textured co-polys get more ball bite than the 1.15 BAM? I'd like to drop down to 48 lbs in my 98" frame but not sure whether i'll have the same depth control. I tried Cyclone at 55 lbs in a 95" Wilson and it hurt my elbow. I'm thinking about giving Cyclone another shot at 48 lbs.

Genesis Heptonic 18. Stiffness rating of 200 vs. 219 for BA Micro. Head Sonic Pro 17 has stiffness rating of 199, but I find the Heptonic 18 to be a better string.

Sometimes the stiffness ratings can be deceptive, but I've played with both Heptonic and Micro, and the Heptonic 1.14 is definitely more comfortable than the BAM. It maintains tension/playability longer as well.

I'm a former BAM user. I've been trying out some different co-polys lately, and I like Genesis hexonic quite a bit. Weiscannon siverstring and K proline II are pretty comfortable too.

Babolat Pro Hurricane 18 gauge.

Definitely more arm-friendly than BAM and superior playability for one hitting session. BAM's playability lasts longer though.

I dont think BAM is that arm friendly at all. MANY better choices......

I use the YTPMP too and Ive gotta say that Cyclone 18 at 51lbs was soooo plush... actually too plush for my game but if you want to avoid arm problems with a co-poly I wholly recommend that string for you.

Im using silverstring now and its nice with better feel and a little less power. Crisper though, cyclone is very elastic.

Thanks guys, this is good input. I follow strings closely but had not heard much about Heptonic, ordered a couple packs. I also have a pack of Sonic laying around, now I'll try it. Hit with Cyclone 17 today at 51 and have no twinge.

Glad that works for you. I found cyclone to have a dampened and elastic feel. I liked 18 even better (it has a little more spin). Both are very durable and perhaps the best string for returning that Ive ever encountered.

For a multi Gosen sheep micro 17 is cheap and very effective as well.

If you want thin and soft then WC Mosquito Bite has to be worth a look as does Silverstring 1.20 although that will be stiffer.

MSV Hex 1.10 is also nice but only for a short time, then it loses tension and shots tend to fly.
