Comparing a Volkl V-Sense V1 Pro and Volkl V-Sense 8 (300g) ?

Anyone have any personal comparisions between these two ? Power, Spin, Comfort, Control ??

Am using a V1 Pro today, but wondering if a switch may help.

I haven't hit with the V1 Pro but I can answer questions to the VS8.

I demoed both racquets and felt that the V Sense 8 300 was a better racquet all the way around. My main complaint with the V1 Pro was its lack of feel.

V8 300..current racket of choice..coming from 2018 pure drive
Gives one more response from the racket..
I can hit more varity of shots with it..and I found a string solution that works well..
VV1P didn't really have anything notable..

What string and tension do you use in the VS8?

Rpm blast 54 lbs..i have protection tape from 10 to 2..just to bring up the swing weight to my liking..it's 4 grams..

I bet the extra hoop weight does wonders to increase power, sweet spot, and twistweight. Maybe I should try it.

My set up pounds the ball with very little effort..very solid and great plow..

The V1pro feels a little more solid and stable and the VSense 8-300 is a little more headlight and maneuverable. Both impart a good amount of spin. I prefer the VS8-300 of the 2 with the right strings.

How does V-Sense V1 Pro compare to the V-Sense 8 (315g) version?

Id like to try the Vsense 315 and Vfeel 315 to give good look...
Not many out there on the used market.
