If Federer feels it physically he will lose as im almost certain losing to Nadal will bother him way less than a 3rd defeat to Djokovic....in fact the Djokovic match at start of day may well determine outcome of Fedal.Not to bothered, probably Nadal though. However, hope they play a long physical match that lasts 5 hours! Bring the popcorn!

Fan of all three and I don’t care. Nadal has been ruthless. Federer has been beautiful. Novak has been Novak - and I love watching the clean way he hits the ball. Just hoping for good matches and no mental collapses, and that includes RBA, who I feel is underrated.

First of all I've read very little of Doctor/Lawyers oeuvre, so i cannot remember whether he jokes around or not, and it was a looong post. Just glanced through it.Fedr fans seriously can't see a joke post even if Wimbledon trophy hit them in the head.

However, guessing that Fedr will try to keep the points short, so a five setter will not likely tire out The Bull.
A five setter with Nole is another matter.
Lets be honest, Djokovic will straight set RBA. Federer has absolutely no chance of beating Djokovic. Nadal has a chance to beat Djokovic so would be a better match although I am a bit fearful of an AO repeat as Rafa is relying on short rallies like he did in Australia.
Basically your guy has one hand on the trophy.

Exactly. Both AO finals were higher levels of play. W08 is marketing, just because it was close and was change of the guard. Heck I think Rafa in 2018 was higher level than in 2008. But Fed was so terrible in 2008 that it was enough for Fed. Heck even FO 11 was higher level of tennis.

Losing a set to RBA should quell the notion he will "crush" either Fed or Rafa in the final. He's not looking anywhere near his 2015 form. It will probably be good enough to win the tournament, but his likelihood of annihilating anyone in the final is slim now.

Not really. One might be hard, though. He will win in two hard and one easy set against Novak.
What does "hard" mean? That it is physically hard, or that it's close? You can cruise to tie-break than a few shots and win 7-6 in the tie-break or you can grind 6-0 set like Rafa does and make it hard too, what exactly does hard mean?
