Does anyone do Yoga here?

I practice 4-5 hrs per week, mostly following Youtube instructors leading "power" or "flow" classes. As I've written on this forum previously, yoga allows me to be better at every activity (I play and coach tennis, as well as do a lot of road and mt biking), including just walking around.
That's a lot of physical activity! Any useful links for yoga that you can share? Thanks!

Recently started 'Wim Hof Method', which includes some Yoga exercises. I also started doing Yoga from various youtube channels. Tried some difficult ones and I could barely do 80% of what instructors can do. Also, back when I trained Uechi we did some Yoga there too. It's kind of crucial to never force yourself and go easy. Less chance of injury and the progress is actually faster that way. There are also many Yoga exercises for injuries like strained neck, lower back, etc. Those are really helpful and gentle. Yoga also got me meditating again after a long time.

Not familiar. Will check it out, thanks.

Exposure to cold to adjust cardiovascular system, breathing techniques and some physical exercises, out of which some resemble Yoga. What I'm doing now is breathing exercises, 30 breaths x 3, with 1-2 minute breath holds between them and then I do push-ups after 3rd round without breathing. You get so full of oxygen, which energizes the body and you can do 15-20 more push-ups than your max normal number, without breathing. It's incredible. :)

Here's a free guided breathing session if you're interested to try it out. It's great for sleep.
