Murray so far is looking pretty good. The speed stats on Rafa's serve are really starting to stand out. =D Rafa still has about 3 matches to go, b4 semis. It's nice that his opponents are turning out to be challenging. They are certainly pushing him. Rafa needs that. His confidence is really showing!!

Buddy.. you are doing a great job with the stats. Please keep it up.

I think Nadal's serve numbers are striking. Not sure whether he can keep it up though. So far, I think Murray has been the most impressive, followed closely by Fed and then Nadal.

That said, I don't think it means much. Especially for Fed,. who can suddenly turn it on. Nadal too played better today than he did in his first round.

Wow, Federer and Nadal on equal terms in net points won, I never would have guessed.

Good work on the stats!

Nadal has obviously played longer matches but also got himself into spots where he could have easily lost a few sets in both rounds. If u get yourself into a tiebreaker one poor point can be decisive.

nadal is still making more unforced errors, but hopefully he can tone then down

Yup, those are def starting to stand out and in a negative way! It's crazy because in the entire first set he had only 2!

The number of UE is definitely something Nadal needs to cut down as he progresses farther into the tourney. He has to raise his current level if he wants to overcome Murray given that they are going to meet.

I have faith he will keep getting better. It's Rafa, after all. :)

I'm very impressed with Murray's form, like him to make the Final.

On another note, I can't believe Nadal hit a 134MPH serve out wide. The average 1st serve speed in round 2 was also impressive.

You should include Djokovic's stat side by side with them too. He's one of the top 4 player but isn't getting any respect.

It was for USO last 3 years I tell you.

Djokovic would not have beaten Del Potro last year. I dont care about their head to head, in the form Del Potro was in he was winning (and all their matches were 2008 or earlier with one on clay in 2009 I think). In 2008 it is hard to say, but Murray probably wins since he has owned Djokovic since summer 2008.

As for Delpo, we will never know.So far, Djokovic is winning their encounters.

As for Murray, it would be a tight match, Murray did beat Djokovic last 3 times but I wouldn't call those "ownage", in his first loss I think Djokovic underestimated improved Murray, in second loss he lost in 2 tie breaks in which I remember he was double faulting so details were decisive and in their third match Djokovic was playing crap and lost second set from 5-2 up to lose it 5-7 so those were all tight matches and I think Nole played good only in that Cincinnati final but small details decided the winner.

I do say Murray is playing good tennis now but when they are both playing good tennis for which is Novak capable sometimes nowadays, he can win for sure so of course he is also contender.
