This is SO easy: see ya Federer! And, with Nadal and Djokovic not winning slams, tennis would get back to its normal order, Nadal and Djokovic would soon join Roger in retirement land, and the 15-year continuing saga of the Big-3 would finally come to an end.

98% of the Fed fans on this forum would pick that option. They’re just not going to voice it.
I think that non-Fedfans don't understand one essential thing, which is that we already experienced the record chase and the firmament when Federer broke Sampras' record and became the first man to reach 20 majors.
Fans of Nadal and Djokovic haven't experienced those feelings yet, so personally, I just want to see him continue to play, because he has far exceeded all the wildest expectations.

Im sure you almost believed that as you typed it.

Seeing him play the way he has been playing since Doha brings no enjoyment to me. I became a Fed fan long ago because of the beauty and explosiveness of his play, his immaculate footwork and his precise timing. He seems to have lost all three over the years to the point where he is just average now. Unless there was good indication that he'd get back to his 2017 or 2019 self, I'd say retire.

Watching Wimbledon I could not help but think of the first person that would expose his lateral movement, particularly the FH side. He looked at least 10 steps slower than he did two years ago. Anyone that got him moving side to side was going to get a straightforward W.
