does it seem Rafa's body language is changing? like he's thinking MAYBE he's got a shot?
even after losing the second, his body language was good. i don't think he EVER thinks he is out of a match. and why should he. he beats roger regularly.

Well done, Rafa!!! I predicted Fed in 4, but I'm hoping this can go to a fifth set.

Then it would be anyone's match.

Vamos, Rafa!!!

Yeah, I'm rueing that 5-4 in second set. He could be up 2-1 right now. Oh well. That's tennis.

I also think that Fed will still win, but I'm impressed with Rafa's prowess on grass. I think he'll have a good USO

Yeah, he should have won that set, but credit to Federer for stepping it up in the TB.

I like Nadal here in the future, for sure. If he doesn't pull it off today. Man just give him more grass court experience and he's got a great shot.

If he plays like this? Man it would be another nadal-federer final. If only nadal had played the australian.

does it seem like Rafa looks at matches as best four? or three? It's like he comes out, kinda does his thing, gets a feel, then WHAM! The match begins...

It would be awesome if there was another fed-nad final.

I think he's always had this mindset.

Didn't seem so at the beginning of this match...of course, didn't seem so at the beginning of the French either. I guess that's what I love about him....he never ever gives up. Seeing a little more frustration on his face today than i have before...

Me too but man they showed a close up of the court near the baseline and man it's just bad. It's cracked dirt.

that means fed needs to play some odd spin dropshots near the green of the grass of the net hehehe

This is great and the Centre Court has really taken Rafa to their hearts.

That's got to be a first for Rog.

I dont care who wins, I just want a 5 setter. :)

I tell you, I'll be disappointed if Rafa loses but I like his attitude, effort and his positive look. He can win this one day, if not today. He was 3-3 on grass before this slam.

big hold for fed after 0-30 down. is nadal finally making a dent on his service games. luckily for fed he is serving first in this set. i see his grip on this match slipping by the minute.

US OP courts are faster than grass.

Didn't used to be from what I remember but they changed the grass so much. The thing though is nadal is able to adjust his game. He has that ability to change his game. It does help that he's an offensive clay court type player too.

He just doesn't get the ball back but can be offensive as well too. Plus the guy just doesn't make that many errors. he's like a suped up chang in my mind. All the consistencies, angles, heart, fire with a big forehand and a serve that is getting better.

I know. I really thought that was gonna be the breakthrough match for Fed. Nadal never ceases to amaze me. Fed did the same for me and I've gotten kind of immune to his awesome tennis but now Nadal does the same for me with his determination.

Funny that he lost his vibrazorb. At least you know where he hit the ball. Looks like he jumped TOO high
