has any of you experience the following regarding the Gamma X2 floating clamps? I strung only 6 rackets so far.
1 side of the clamp is slipping while the other side is not slipping at all but actually leaving teeth marks on the string indicating too much pressure.
So what i have here is a floating clamp with uneven pressure: 1 side is too low allowing the string to slip while the other side is too high leaving teeth marks on the string.
I notice this after stringing only 6 rackets. While cleaning the clamps with a toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol, i noticed that 1 side appears in very good condition while the other side clearly shows a string slippage line that looks like it has been melted.
Any solution aside from calling Gamma?
