How good Djokovic would be if he was as slow as Nadal

No offense to Djokovic , a great player but his biggest weapon will always be movement .what did he do today except Reaching the ball every single time and directing it? Serious question how good of a player he would have been if he didn't have far better movement at 35? Compare this to Nadal who did all shot making and was looking quite slow whenever he tried to grind with Djokovic.

Why would you discount movement as an element of tennis? So it's not the sexy part.. it's still very much a huge part.

Good Q. Djokovic would probably still be a top 10 player and would go deep into slams but his ceiling in most cases would be the quarets or semis. He wont nearly be as good as he is right now

Djokovic is equally "slow" as Nadal (when I say "slow" I mean in relative terms, they are still super fast compared to most of humans, and only slower than young emerging speed demons such as Alcaraz). The difference is that Nadal's velocity has declined a lot from his peak, while Novak's one not so much. Nadal at his peak was known to be extremely rapid, Djokovic not so much compared to Nadal. Djokovic was never famous for being super fast, unlike Nadal. So Nadal has lost more in that sense.

My friend. Never i see Djokovic reaching late on ball , he was reaching every ball and drop shots while Nadal was barely making it to many balls and was not fast on drop shots. Moreover, Djokovic's game is too reliant on movements now and from middle of second set Rafa started grinding with him and then he was struggling to win even a single point.that showed day and night difference between their movement. Had Nadal continued Grinding he would have lost..I am not sure Djokovic will be as good as Nadal with same speed , not even close.

No, Djokovic is faster than Nadal is now. Nadal's speed is only comparable on clay at this point, as tragic as it is to see.

Difference in their speed was noticeable after 3-0 second set when Rafa tried grinding Djokovic and Novak was making him look slow as hell especially on BH side while he himself was reaching every ball 2 seconds early. Rafa realised this and stopped grinding from baseline and reverted to attacking play in 4th. Difference in their movement and speed is very visible.Rafa is atleast a step and half slower than Novak.

Djokovic can play very well aggressively if he wants to. In fact, he completely shifted his behavior in the second set, stopped grinding and played full-on offense. I think the level that he reached during those games was the highest overall (for both players) in the match. For some reason (mental, I would guess, but also due to Nadal adapting to it), he could not keep it up in the 3rd and 4th sets. This is all to say that Djokovic can probably adjust his game as he gets older and play more aggressively -- as Federer did with SABR and all (although of course Fed has always been a more aggressive player to start with.

Djokovic’s retrieving has always been his biggest weapon. He doesn’t quite have the shots to take a match away from a top opponent the way some players can.

Roger Federer would have been the all-time leading scorer in the Premier League. Juan Mata would have been his main supplier.

Can feel their chemistry just by looking at this picture.

because that image is so small, that white get-up makes Fedr look like one of the clones from the Island:
