Hahaha CC!!! I know what you mean about those decency laws...heheheh...but sometimes in the summer, I can get away with just a sports bra at my little court in the park...

Depends on the temp and humidity, and whether the courts allow it.
As for the tan... Playing without a shirt might not give you a bad farmers tan, *but* only your shoulders/neck will really get the sun (at least, this is the case with me, despite the fact that playing with a t-shirt gives you noticeable tan lines.. oh well).

I tend to do it, in the summer, when it's too hot, but at certain hours (betwen 8 am and 10 am, and after 4 pm). I tend to avoid playing shirtless on clay, because I dive a lot, and diving on a claycourt is painful as hell (way more than diving on a hardcourt)

I practice without a shirt a fair amount of the time. I've got a six pack and I'm really fit which is a plus when there are pretty ladies around. I like the tan too. Eh, I guess I'm kinda vain. Oh well.

It depends on the day. I enjoy playing shirtless because it feels better and feels quite a bit cooler than having it on.
I guess I have a pretty decent body but I don't really like to show off. Playing shirtless is probably misconstrued as that, so I don't do it when too many people are around.
