I miss Roger!

Just can't wait for the stupid clay season to be over so we can see the return of the great man. The last couple of months of the tour has been so dull without him. I guess it's a taste of things to come when he does finally retire. I just hope that such a long break from competitive play isn't going to effect him and he comes back playing like he was before the break fully rested and ready to conquer Wimby.

Sorry, but "fans" like you are really disturbing.

I am a big fan of Roger, I watch every match, I get up at 3 am to watch him even if it's a work day, but tennis offers so much more.

I agree that he is the most interesting to watch, but right now you can see world class tennis in Paris.

Do it and stop whining.

Of course there is world class tennis to be seen but I'm just making the point that slams do not hold the same interest for me when Federer is absent.

I miss Roger too, but you have to admit that Nadal going for a tenth FO is amazing, along with the Djoker-Agassi backstory and the possible reemergence of the Stanimal. There's other stuff going on which warrants attention, if you bother to look for it. :)

Stupid clay season and dull tennis months? If fans like you are Rogers legacy, he should retire 10 years ago.

Fans are irrelevant in a player's legacy. The only guy whose fans really affect his legacy would be Arnold Palmer, with Arnie's army. In tennis? Maybe possibly Borg, with all the hysteria surrounding him when he came on the scene. Otherwise, nada.

Who doesn't but let's be honest here - he wasn't doing a lot of damage on clay in the first place and this 2 month break will be a blessing for him for the rest of the season (and his career).

Djokovic's downfall leaves me wanting nothing more. :D Pepe made tennis great again. :p

Hopefully Fed will have a good grass and hc season, if not it's no big deal. Anything he does at this point is a bonus anyway.

Not gonna deny, the sport just isn't as interesting to watch for me without him. The style, the tricks, the impossible. No other player has ever motivated me to hit the courts the way he has. It'll be a sad day when he hangs it up.
