If you could reverse the outcome of 3 grand slam matches then which 3 would those matches be ?

I have 3 matches so let's do this-:
Ao 2019 F
Wimbledon 2019 sf Rafa vs Roger
Wimbledon 2019 sf Djokovic vs RBA
Cygs for Rafa in this case
To be more serious
Ao 2012 F
Wimbledon 2018 sf nadal vs Djokovic
Ao 2017 F

I am still pissed about AO 2020 final
I think Thiem was going to crack at some point after tough draw and difficult matches with Rafa, Zverev and Novak back to back.
Against Zverev he took more than 3 and half hour with last two set lasting more than 2 hour.
With Rafa whole match lasted more than 4 hour, with three set being more than one hour each.
Then Novak match lasted for 4 hour.
That is around 12 hours back to back for three matches with one day less rest.
I knew if Novak took first set or if the match goes to fifth set, Novak will be the winner.
Thiem only chance was to beat Novak in three.
His match against Rafa and Zverev became slugfest with most set lasting over one hour.
That was always going to cost him the final

Your logic is flawed, typical for fanboys.

I give you an example.
What is worse, killing a tennis player or cutting off two of his/her fingers?
Probably the killing, right?
But what is the difference regarding future slam wins? Right, there is no difference - neither the dead player nor the player with two fingers less will win more slams.

BTW, there was never an "attempted murder".
Parche was convicted of inflicting grievous bodily harm with a dangerous weapon.

And who do think had more reason to fear an assassin after the Seles stabbing - Seles or Graf?
Graf received dozens of death threats, Serbia was a very violent country back then (civil war), Serbian mafia was very active in Germany. If there was a player who really had reason to be afraid it was Graf.

Wimby 07, AO 2012, AO 2014

If I was a Nadal fan then I would focus on all Wimbledons, instead of giving him more HC slams it would be more lucrative to make him an ATG on Grass :p

Something like W07, W2018 semis match,W2011 Final, this would be a cool trio.

5 Times Wimbledon champ.....looks great on paper.

Blake would beat Agassi at 2005 US QF, Fed would beat Nadal at 2008 Wim final, and Verdasco would beat Nadal at 2009 AO SF.

Not the most popular opinion but I agree with that one specifically. I think most would rather have 06 or 07 for the CYGS. Personally I always thought it was good for the game that Nadal prevented total Federer domination back then. But as a Fed fan I also want him to have a win over Nadal on clay, and 2011 is the perfect fit. Winning 2011 wouldn't take anything away from the great moment that was the 09 win, and it gets to go down as one of his greatest majors ever when combined with the legendary SF.

On the men’s side
USO 21F
WB 09F
RG 11SF (I wanna know what would’ve happened if rafa met novak that year at RG).

On the women’s side:
2006 WBF
2005 AOSF (poor Maria, became a toy to Serena after that)
2012 UOF (Vika deserved a USO title).

people (read vamosbrigade) would probably try to discredit the 06 win by throwing the words "still a baby Nadal" around. 07 would be better, Nadal was already pretty established. But still, to beat peak Djokovic and prime Nadal (even tho he wasn't really too impressive that year) back to back in a SF/F for a second RG at the age of almost 30 is just too impressive to refuse and could arguably mean more than a CYGS in 07, but who knows really.

2011 was definitely one of his "down" years at RG, and likely would've been derided as such at the time if Fred had won. But now with the benefit of hindsight that he never slowed down and was only halfway done winning French Opens, that win would likely age just fine.

Definitely not more impressive than winning a CYGS in 07. Because again with the benefit of hindsight, winning RG at 29 isn't quite the accomplishment it would've felt like at the time. Now had he won their 2019 encounter...

yeah I mean fred was so close to so many epic wins that three picks just aren't enough. it's not easy to be a fred fan. I'd rather be a Djovak fan instead, but I was born a fred fan and there's nothing I can do about it.

My man's got 3 losses per season that I'd kill to change

You would take away Fed’s win and give it to Roddick for Wimbledon 2009??
What wrong in this, Roddick played two good finals (04, 09) and don't have single Wimbledon.
Only deserving player I rate higher than Roddick is Rosewall who didn't win the event

2/3 if I remember correctly. I’m pretty sure he was down to Nadal in that 09 AO final.
He was better player in first four set, Rafa won the third set in tiebraker like Novak in 2019. Hia first serve completely ditched him in first three set in that AO final
Fed should have finished the all three match in four set, he just choked on big points
And how did he lost the second set to delpo, never understood that

Seems odd for a Fed fan to pick a match in which he won, and change the outcome of it. Not saying Roddick didn’t play lights out in that final.

Technically, he was down 2-1 to both Nadal and Djokovic. Only difference is he served for the match against Novak in the 5th, whereas he lost 6-2 in the 5th set to Rafa. I guess you can’t really say he was ever ahead in either match aside from the 40-15 in the 5th set against Djokovic, but he had to comeback from a break down earlier in that set though.

0-40 in third set on Nadal serve on 4-4 , as usual Fed don't break, then again 15-40 at Rafa serve at 5-5
