Today during the handshake he was about even or a fraction taller than Monfils ( it appeared so may b due to his hair or the posture of Monfils) but he is definitely Tall bloke ( 190+)

90% of the time across pretty much all sports except maybe hockey, players will overstate their height by 1 inch if not more.
In basketball it's pretty bad with some 3-4 inch discrepancies. Like Allen Iverson was stated 6"0 and that's just plain funny (he was 5"10 at best and I saw him live and I'm 6"1). Jordan and Barkley were both listed at 6"6 and closer to 6"4.

He looked quite tall in the Laver Cup, compared to Roger or Rafa.
He's only 21, wouldn't be surprised if he had grown an inch in the last year or two.
He doesn't look much shorter than Zverev, but Zverev is much thinner and narrower which makes him look taller.

I actually think the opposite, Tsisipas looks taller than Kyrgios, check this picture from last week.
