Karlovic. His backhand could get abused by a 74 year old lady wearing a flowery visor.
In fairness he also could hit some wicked shots on that side. Maybe in the realm of a shot so bad it was good kinda thing.
I watched him win a match against one of the top 20 and he was get (my iOS just autocorrected my typing of “getting” just wanted to point that out for posterity) slices (droppers I guess) that just died on the other side. And sometimes weird side/underspin shots.

For an advanced junior would you still reccomend the speed xt?
I can tell you that Auxetic is even better than the XT. My practice partner switched from a Speed Pro XT to a Speed Pro Auxetic says it is a night and day difference. He’s also a former D1 college players and played top of his lineups in doubles at an ACC powerhouse men’s tennis program.

Does it have more control, I want to see if the thinner beams are why the pros prefer that over the 339.1 mold.

There is no such thing as “339.1 mold”
Also, more pro players use TK339 mold over the TK301 mold. A few that are sticking to the 301 have used it for a long time (before 339 came out) and are sticking to it…

Oh ok, what players other than sinner use the 301 mold?

Superior feel, softer and more power. He uses Black Code at 55lbs. The string and the technique make the power not just the frame. He may love it and you may hate it. It just depends on who you are asking their opinion.

Ok thank you. I tried the new pro and it felt good but I enjoyed the blade more. I am a higher level player, I blow out the Wilson us opens in 1.5 sets so I appriciate player's rackets more.

If the pros don’t blow out balls in a two hour practice how the hell do you? . See if you can get your hands on the Blade Pro. It’s not available in retailers. Only your state Wilson rep.

Best guess is superstition/look. He won Australia with the old PJ and now Rotterdam. My guess is he’s gonna keep using it till clay season.
He probably will even pull a Delpo . I remember when Del Potro won the US Open with his K factor paint, he went a while without switching. If I remember correctly, not only was the paint but he didn’t even want new frames.

Interesting thing i was told yesterday, which was written on an Italian sport's new paper about sinner racquet, is according to the article that his racquet was slightly extended at 3 and 9 supposedly to help him avoiding hitting the frame or getting to close to the frame when hitting.
I have no idea if it's true or false.

The way i understood is that it seems his frame is a little larger at 3 and 9 than his previous frame.

If you have a link I can translate It for you, they were probably talking about weight at 3 and 9 or the journalist simply doesn't know anything about tennis (which would not surprise me at all).

He has weight at 3 and 9. Extending the racket makes no sense. He said it himself it is to add some stability

yes I know, you don't have to tell It to me but to the journalist or to whom misundestood or made a bad translation from the article.

I tried to find the article in question in italian but with no luck. I'm italian and i would have loved to read it too because it seemed so weird.

Was listening to TN nerds podcast

I did wonder how sinner was using a poly at high tensions and apparently the racquet feels like a 57-58 flex

Also very powerful frame … which makes sense why he strings so tight with his power

I think speed touch was 62 ish

He just talks about what is written here in forums. He doesn’t have any insider info. Sinners racket is not 57flex.

Just saying what Ac said based on his two frames in his possession and what he felt .

Maybe he had ones strung loads and felt softer

Did you get a chance to hear what he said ?
No, I don't base my knowledge on what people "felt" but on available data that shows that Sinner's rackets have the same flex as the retail Speed Touch did... However, there are a few possible reasons why the frame may soften up over time, including the stringing and tension, usage (especially by the pro), and of course, the allowable spec variations from frame to frame...
